“Don't think I have ever had an issue with them. Have been going to FED's for at least 7 years now and they're usually pretty quick to get signed in, checked and then given an eye exam. They make it very easy to schedule as well, which you can do online.“

“Out of pocket… buy one get one that includes Oakley/Nike was a surprise. Figured would only apply to the “cheaper” frames or be capped at a lesser price point. Got an Oakley and a Nike.

Both pair actually ready for pickup less than 24 hours from the exam. Can’t ask for more. My fault for putting off signing up for vision at work and having to go into pocket. Can’t ask for more from the team at eyeglass world tho…“

“Dr. Dawn Scott is the very best in ALL ways! Her exams are very complete, she is understanding and compassionate, caring and patient with the examination process and the explanation of any issues. She is not in our health care plan but we go to her regardless and pay out of pocket to get her exemplary treatment.“

“I scheduled online and they rejected my appointment and never sent an email/text/any notification (yes, my notification settings were on for everything!) saying it was rejected… It would have been nice to get a notification and then maybe a call offering to reschedule me. FYI you cannot log in to the patient portal from a mobile device, so I was confused as to how you were even supposed to check the status of the appointment until I finally tried on a desktop and I could login to my account. On mobile, it just auto sends you to fill out the appointment form.
No complaints about the eye doctors, they’re both great! I just wish the scheduling process was more transparent and companies in general would go back to answering their phones instead of having to leave voicemails.

“As a kid I always loved going to the optometrist. They were always friendly and they could make me see when I couldn't see before.Now that I'm in my 40s I've had nothing but bad experiences with most eye clinics in our area. This clinic was the major exception to the rule with an amazing group of people and a wonderful doctor.The attention to detail to make sure that my prescription was right was spot on. Keeping me informed of my options to correct my vision through the entire process was better than almost anywhere I've been.In the past I've had a head injury and nerve damage in the military and everybody that I worked with there was extremely sensitive to my needs and discomfort with people being too close to my face and eyes.I can't recommend this clinic enough.And a big plus, they sell silhouette brand frames, and are experts with them.“

“I have been seeing Dr. Landis for several years now and am completely happy with my experience not only with her, but her staff as well.Dr. Landis is very thorough and you can have faith and trust in her guidance. She provides very thorough exams (I'm a diabetic in which she does a special diabetic exam in addition to the regular exam). Very personable, pleasant demeanor.Dr. Landis staff is very capable and competent. Never a problem with scheduling, insurance, etc. The staff seems to work well with each other and with the patients as well.I can't recommend Perfect Vision enough!“

“I used to go to this office when it was Vincett. This was my first time at this office again since they became my eye doctor. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff. My appointment was at 8am and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with joy and kindness. Forms were easy to fill out and any questions I had were answered quickly. If there were things my insurance did not cover, I was informed before anything was conducted so I wasn’t blindsided by unknown costs. Overall great experience and I will be making this my preferred location from here on out. Thank you guys for a great experience!“

“Took our 10 month old son to be seen for concern about eyes not tracking together. They were able to get us in quickly (about a week and a half after we called). All of the staff were very friendly. Both Dr. Hughes and the nurses were very great with our baby! The doctor explained everything to us thoroughly and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Very happy with our decision to take him here!“
