I would not recommend this office to anyone. We have gone here for the past 17 years. However, things drastically changed since coming out of the pandemic. The wait is now SIX MONTHS to get an appointment. That however is not the worst of it. In 17 years we have never had any issues with billing. However, we received a bill the second week of January for an appointment that took place the last business day of October. This was the first bill we received associated with this service. We were then told that our account was overdue. When I questioned Becky in billing, she was very dismissive and arrogant. She simply told us that we received a bill at the beginning of November and again at the beginning of December. I contacted our medical insurance because our daughter's condition falls under medical. They stated that they did not receive the claim until the early part of December so there was no way we received a bill at the beginning of November and again on the first day of December as stated by Becky. When I told Becky this, she simply stated that that was wrong. She then put the bill into collections. We have actually had the insurance contact Becky stating that it was impossible for us to have a statement of benefits in November and the first day of December because they did not receive and respond to the claim until after that. Yet she has done nothing to rectify this. We have been the party effected by this when we are the party who was at the mercy of provider and insurance to review this. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IF THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS OF 17 YEARS, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO YOU EITHER.

We had a very bad experience here. I will say the front desk gals are absolutely amazing and I feel sad for them that they have to work here. The OD that works in the office apparently has no idea she is suppose to work with kids or maybe she was having a bad day, but don't expect your child to be treated with dignity or respect. They also apparently don't understand how insurance work. They had my son see the OD and then billed our medical insurance which will only pay for him to see MDs so now we're stuck with a huge bill for awful service. So annoyed and disappointed!
