“Don't think I have ever had an issue with them. Have been going to FED's for at least 7 years now and they're usually pretty quick to get signed in, checked and then given an eye exam. They make it very easy to schedule as well, which you can do online.“

“Out of pocket… buy one get one that includes Oakley/Nike was a surprise. Figured would only apply to the “cheaper” frames or be capped at a lesser price point. Got an Oakley and a Nike.

Both pair actually ready for pickup less than 24 hours from the exam. Can’t ask for more. My fault for putting off signing up for vision at work and having to go into pocket. Can’t ask for more from the team at eyeglass world tho…“

“I scheduled online and they rejected my appointment and never sent an email/text/any notification (yes, my notification settings were on for everything!) saying it was rejected… It would have been nice to get a notification and then maybe a call offering to reschedule me. FYI you cannot log in to the patient portal from a mobile device, so I was confused as to how you were even supposed to check the status of the appointment until I finally tried on a desktop and I could login to my account. On mobile, it just auto sends you to fill out the appointment form.
No complaints about the eye doctors, they’re both great! I just wish the scheduling process was more transparent and companies in general would go back to answering their phones instead of having to leave voicemails.

“My husband had an eye appointment on 2/22/25 and I was looking to see if I could order glasses. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. One of the staff, Stephanie, went above and beyond to keep my 8 year son busy with coloring while I looked at glasses. She also helped me decide on some glasses and was very thorough on explaining the costs and what was covered by insurance. We were there for quite awhile and she was very patient with us. Grateful for her great customer service! ?“

“I used to go to this office when it was Vincett. This was my first time at this office again since they became my eye doctor. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire staff. My appointment was at 8am and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted with joy and kindness. Forms were easy to fill out and any questions I had were answered quickly. If there were things my insurance did not cover, I was informed before anything was conducted so I wasn’t blindsided by unknown costs. Overall great experience and I will be making this my preferred location from here on out. Thank you guys for a great experience!“
