Such a nice little studio! My friend and I came to participate in their beginner yoga class today and it was awesome. The instructor was so helpful and welcoming and we really enjoyed it.

I had an incredible experience at sunflower yoga. The instructor was helpful and fun! Great place to start for a newbie! We were challenged but in a really great way, we didn't feel intimidated or out of place. I'll definitely be back! There are classes for everyone, excited to grow here and attend more advanced courses ���
