I attended an evening yoga class this past weekend with two friends. I had never been to a yoga class in my life, and was nervous that I had no idea what I was doing or what to be prepared for. The instructor talked to me beforehand since I was a total newbie and calmed my nerves. The next hour and 15 minutes was honestly one of the most relaxing periods of my life. Ed combines a workout with an awesome relaxation experience in a really cool space! Take the elevator or get your warm up in by climbing the stairs to the 5th floor for some stellar views of downtown Indiana as you practice! It is definitely my new yoga ‘om'
