I called Stanley W. Cooper leading into the July 4th weekend during a heat wave. I woke up to our central AC system blowing air that wasn’t cool. I called early in the morning, and their on-call tech called me back in less than 30 minutes. He let me know that he would be at my home within the hour. He arrived in less than an hour and looked at the unit inside and quickly determined that it wasn’t causing the issue. He looked at the unit outside and determined that we had a bad capacitor.
