Bill and Colin arrived promptly at 10:10, the time they said they would be here! They were both very professional and explained to me all the steps they would be taking to clean my carpets. Needless to say to say I was very pleased with the outcome and my carpets are sparkling clean. Will definitely be using DC carpet care again. Will be putting DC carpet care on our community website!
This company is amazing!!! Especially Brandon and Collin! I called with a carpet emergency and they showed up within the hour to clean 2 carpets and a couch. Everything smells and looks so good!!! They were so nice and clean I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends. Their products are also green and safe for pets!
Billy and Colin from D.C. Carpet Care are the best. This was my first time using D.C. Carpet Care and they exceeded my expectations. The carpet was so old and stained, and it came out beautiful. Billy and Colin were courteous and professional, explained the process and answered all my questions. They did a great job cleaning the carpet. I highly recommend them.
