“Before moving to Hershey, I lives in Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas and I’ve had my eyebrows permanently done in all three cities. When I move to Pennsylvania, six years ago, I kept seeing a couple of women around town who had very beautiful eyebrows and two women in the same week said that they had came to Cindys. I remembered it and then one day I was driving down chocolate Avenue and I saw it in Palmyra and I’m like wait a second that’s the place
I think it was about four years ago that I first started coming here first Cindy herself, micro bladed me and then had me come back five weeks after and then tattooed
being that I had suffered Bell’s palsy and had a facelift, she took notice of the measurements of my forehead eyes and Brows and she actually fixed it for me. She gave my eyebrows more height, which made me appear to have had a brow lift.
my suggestion is let her pick the color and trust that she knows what she’s doing
I’ve been there many times to know that she’s always right
I know that she goes to a lot of beauty conventions and even teaches a master class in permanent make up
I went on to have several touchups over the years and she also did my eyeliner. We only did the top as she explained that the bottom after a couple years will start running down and you will start looking like Britney Spears but she does say that many people come to her to remove and fix that.
I love the eyeliner and Brows that I already have
I did do the lips, she told me to go deeper with the color which she suggested, and I told her no and definitely regretted it a couple of days after
The good thing about the lip tattoo, however is that when you get the scar around your lips, it leaves a nice curl definition to the lips which makes them appear to look a little plumper
One good thing I will say about her is that she is on top of the numbing creams that she’s been using because the last time I was there, I barely felt a thing
My best advice to anyone that’s nervous is she is not going to steer you in the wrong way, she’s a professional she’s very kind very funny and very busy.
Just trust her with the colors, and let her do what she recommends she will make you look your absolute best. I would very much like to move out of the area, but I know that when I do, I will make special visits to this place.
