He listened to me first then gave input never interrupted once. His empathy on my loss was from the heart. I had my tattoo done today and my experience could not have been any better. The tattoo parlor is spotless as was his technique before, during and after my tattoo. We never ran out of things to talk about which helps you focus on the conversation not the process of the tattoo. Steve, 100% will recommend you ,and Mitch was a sweetheart also.
