Before moving to Hershey, I lives in Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas and I’ve had my eyebrows permanently done in all three cities. When I move to Pennsylvania, six years ago, I kept seeing a couple of women around town who had very beautiful eyebrows and two women in the same week said that they had came to Cindys. I remembered it and then one day I was driving down chocolate Avenue and I saw it in Palmyra and I’m like wait a second that’s the place
