I'm giving half the stars because I didn't expect to be taken back for my MRI so late. Usually when I'm handed the paperwork to fill out I'm brought back within 15 minutes. It took 45 minutes, if not more. I was out after 2 hours.

However, the staff were excellent and professional. Nicole the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Justin and Norma were great. But Madison was awesome. She did her best despite not having had the best day. She made the experience go smoother and was over all helpful. She should get a raise.

Well the whole staff was very friendly. I don’t know her last name but first name was Jess and wish I could find something about it her so I can reach out to her. She was amazing and made my experience really good. If anyone who works there tell jess to look at this cause she’s amazing and seems like an amazing person.

I am not sure why this facility is rated so poorly. I have been going here for years for my mammogram. I switched to here from Wellspan after Wellspan (1) was rude and inattentive during the procedure (2 techs talked like I was not even there) and (2) called me back for another mammogram because "they found something" - only to then discover at the next appointment that a mole had not been covered by the first tech (too busy talking I guess). I go on Saturdays to Penn State and never have to wait. I have had the same person for several years and she is extremely attentive and sensitive to the stresses of a mammogram.
