My experience with them they have refused to help me multiple times and the last one was Dr Whitfield he has refused to help me except cut the same thing again and again to treat a reoccurring issue. I highly do not recommend someone’s care that has no connection or concern with the patient. You guys are sad quit and give the job to some that looks at the patient as priority and not your time. Man kind is sad today.
I went almost a year, with two Doctor's referring me and not being able to make the appointment because they kept saying they don't have the referral. . Multiple referrals were sent by each Doctor. When I called and got someone to answer, they didn't have the referral or I would call and would have to messages. I just went to an independent ENT. No referral neccessary. Everyone was pleasant.
