“My son Gage had came home from school one day and said “Mommy we did karate & there’s a sign up sheet in my book bag I really want to go”. So I signed him up , went to his class (during a snow storm) & he had a blast! We signed him up that day & have been going since. He’s been going for about a month now & loves it! It helps him so much with being diagnosed with anxiety , it’s helping him more and more come out of his shell. I’m so proud of him. 10/10 would recommend”
