I was in town for a week and visited 3 jiu jitsu classes which were absolutely phenomenal! The instructors taught amazing technique simply and were very welcoming. 100% recommend this place for anyone interested in the sport or looking to get some exceptional training in while in the area.

You wont find many places like this to train jiu jitsu anywhere, let alone the area. The facility is top-knotch, the competitors are world-class, and Zach Maslany is battle-tested. Highly recommend

Since day 1 the instructors have been extremely welcoming and helpful. They are willing to go over moves after class and pinpoint the fine details on moves. I have grown to love Mondays and hate if/when I miss a class. Everyone there is super approachable and friendly. I think that anyone who has been on the fence about doing jiu jitsu should immediately join. Great for your mental health too. Thank you Zach
