“I’ve been to a lot of Pilates classes around NEPA, but the classes at Interlude are the best. Myra manages to push you to do more while still creating a space where you feel completely comfortable exercising. She challenges you without making you feel judged, and every class leaves you feeling stronger than when you walked in. If you’ve been intimidated by Pilates or group fitness, Myra makes it feel safe and welcoming. Highly recommend! ✨”
“As a guy with short and then super long curly hair, I can't recommend Courtney enough! She's helped me out a lot over the years!”
