So first visit...A customer waiting spoke very highly and very specifically about why she liked Mike which was notable. He took the time to understand my needs asking clarifying follow up questions. His physical exam and what he explained demonstrated his knowledge and expertise at a high level. He pointed out other areas of need and explanation that was reassuring and helpful. I also explained why I wouldn't go back to my previous Chiro explaining the care provided and Mike shared insights why he felt the care provided wasn't resolving my needs. He was awesome !!!! First time ever to a chiropractor and it went great ! Haven’t even been an hour and i can feel the difference already he was fantastic!!!! Also Got an appt right away !!
