“This place is phenomenal, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes with my cats nail trim. And he is a polydactyl and they handled him with such care and efficiency. They were so good with him my cat didn’t even hide when we came back to the house! Everyone there is as nice as can be and they take extra steps to make sure everyone and everything is safe!
I will absolutely be returning here and recommending anyone who needs a quick nail trim or groom to come here and feel the experience!!

I appreciated that it wasn’t super loud and chaotic in there, obviously grooming shops are not the quietest place but all things considered it seems like a fairly stress free environment for the dogs. “Everyone is warm, helpful and engaging. The doc is incredibly thorough and confirms that you understand everything he is explaining. He is willing to modify any treatment that you are not comfortable with, but is clear what his preferential treatment is. He and his techs keep you cost updated as you go, which is incredibly helpful. The visit is followed up with a complete summary via email, and any questions you have can be texted or emailed in return. A follow up visit is scheduled, and everyone is accessible anytime that you have questions. Highly recommend!!!“

“Providence Animal Hospital, and especially Michelle from Providence, are the BEST! I’m out of the country and my dog was taken to VEG in Philadelphia… I called Michelle and providence to get their opinion on my dog’s condition, and she was the nicest person and did everything she could to help figure out the best plan of care for my dog. It meant so much to me that Michelle genuinely cared that much about my dog and did everything she could to help, unlike some of the people at VEG. Not even kidding, Michelle’s bosses should triple her salary and give her a 3 month paid vacation… SHE IS THE BEST!!!“

“The people are really great here. They're very enthusiastic to see my dogs. They play with them all day and my dogs just can't wait to go back when I get into the parking lot. They're just shaking and wagging ready to go back. Can't send them everyday but I would if I could. “This place is SO amazing! Our groomer, Jenna, does such a great job! I asked for a “puppy” haircut for our miniature schnauzer but said I still wanted her to have a little beard and eyebrows. She did such a great job and my husband and I keep looking at her and saying how cute she looks since her appointment! Our dog can be VERY temperamental, and I struggle to cut her nails at home. Jenna is able to cut and file her nails and is patient with her and gives her such a great haircut every time! Thank you so much to Jenna and her team! Couldn’t recommend this place more!“

“I was referred to Bark Park by Stray cat relief fund for my poor Kitty who had such terrible matts it was causing him pain. ?

They did an amazing job and even took me in when they were overwhelmed and super busy. Which I'm sure lasagna ( the cat) appreciated! I know I did.

They did the best they could to not make him look ridiculous, and then went over and above by dropping him off at my place of business because they were unable to take him right away.

To get both my girls done is usually only like 2 hours unlike most places I used to go to where they would keep them ALL day which I hated.
