“I had been dealing with constant pain in my rhomboid area. At first, I thought I just slept in the wrong position, but the pain wouldn’t go away even when I was resting or lying down. I tried everything: stretches from YouTube, a TENS machine, Bengay, aspirin, Advil, Tylenol, and massage. Nothing really helped.<br><br>Out of desperation, I went to Dr. Woo Lee. He quickly identified the real issue, it wasn’t my back or shoulder like I thought, but actually coming from my neck, caused by my posture at work. He showed me the correct stretches, and I felt improvement in my neck right after the first session.<br><br>After the second session, my rhomboid pain was reduced by about 50%. In addition to getting rid of my lower back pain--which is what brought me to the office, Dr. Memmo worked on my shoulder and worked that pain out of existence! I'd seen an ortho for that a few months ago but the treatment didn't cure the pain; Dr. Memmo's treatment did.<br><br>It is a very tranquil office, which is very nice. Monica always offers a heating pad. Dr. Memmo is very thorough and respectful. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly. And Dr. Memmo is not a part of a chain working to maximize profits. He seems to have as his priority to maximize wellness and health. Finally, I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment! This is a huge problem in most medical offices these days, so I was grateful to be able to get in for treatment within a couple of days.”

“I cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Quinn and his staff. I was a patient of Dr. Quinn about six years ago, but due to a job change, his office hours no longer worked with my schedule. During that time, I saw a few different chiropractors, but none took the time or showed the level of empathy that Dr. Quinn consistently provides to his patients.<br><br>About a month ago, I reached out to his office again due to severe pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. This past Saturday was my third visit since returning, and I explained to Dr. Quinn that over the previous two weeks, the pain on the right side of my neck had worsened and was radiating down into my shoulder and right arm.<br><br>Dr. Quinn, Mrs. Quinn, and Jenn, the massage therapist, spent three hours working with me to help relieve the pain. Dr. Quinn used laser therapy and various stretching techniques, Mrs. Quinn guided me through exercises on the vibrating plate with light weights to help strengthen my neck muscles, and Jenn provided a deep tissue massage to release significant tension and knots.<br><br>The amount of time, care, and dedication this team gave to one patient is truly remarkable. “I've been to multiple physical therapy and chiropractic offices throughout my life (I've had scoliosis from a young age and have been in a few vehicle and work accidents.<br><br>This is the first office that has listened and addressed my concerns and made me feel like I could go at my own pace to not injure myself further! Of course they encourage you to push yourself but they encourage you to listen to your body so you don't aggravate your issues.<br><br>Everyone is very friendly! You're greeted upon entry and wished goodbye when you leave. They text and call you reminders if you want them to. There is free parking in the lot across the street so you're not walking far!<br><br>The establishment is very clean! I have personally watched every bed, machine, and tool be santatized before and after use. They have a service dog on premises but you would never know if not for his little bed under the table.<br><br>They walk you through everything so you know exactly what they are doing and why and they give you suggestions on what to do at home to help your process.<br><br>Dr Lazaroff is amazing and makes you feel like family. Dr Winstien and Dr Sinisgali the two Chiropractors are very friendly and personable! I've never had a bad interaction with them. There are two Physical Medical Doctors. The male, Dr Rosin, knows his stuff but could improve his bedside manner. The female, Dr Laree Udris, made me feel listened to and not pressured to go beyond my comfort level. The front is run by Jenn and her amazing team of massage techs listen to your concerns and preferences of treatment and ACTUALLY READ YOUR FORM to know how to help you! I've never had to repeat myself during treatment!<br><br>I will absolutely be using this office from now on! Now I know that a Physical therapy and chiropractic office can be an enjoyable experience i don't dread coming and doing what needs to be done to repair my body! Wish I found them years ago! They really go out and beyond for their patients!”
