Phenomenal mega full-service Health Spa in Wayne, PA. Best massage of your life from Shannan too. I've been a client for 5+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
I originally bought a Groupon for 5 cryo treatments but will keep going after they are done. I really appreciate how friendly the staff is. Kim and Michayla were very helpful and explained all of the different treatment options including infrared, compression chamber, and cryo. They offer full chiropractic services and have nice package deals for multiple treatment options. They have an adorable bulldog in the office who moves like a slug but, she is very friendly and sweet. This is a little bit of a hike for me but very professional. I highly recommend coming here for any of your body's woes.
We were staying in Saratoga Springs but were unable to secure a soak in a hot spring. Telephoning the RHand LC from the car, Carolyn at the RH&LC where we had stayed last year, arranged an appointment for us in half an hour. Arriving in time, we got our good soak and a glass of wine!
