I had a couple friends recommend a chiropractor and after dealing with lower back pain for over a year I decided to go. My first chiropractor was not wellness quest. The guy seemed competent enough. They took x-rays which I liked and developed a whole plan. I came back for a review of the plan which ended up being a 45 minute hard sell to sign up. The plan was 3 days a week for a month and twice a week after and then once a week for 3k. That was more than I was expecting in both visits and money so I declined.
