“Honestly not sure where to start. I always believed in the works of chiropractor with physical therapy and long with preventative care for injuries from being an athlete since I was a kid. Chiropractor helped prevent shoulder surgery, and car accidents injuries. Recently I had to switch to this practice to go to same place with my better half. I had some old injuries that bother but the main one was triggered by a miscarriage, which is very stressful on a female body. I am honestly thankful for how patient and caring with the mental aspect of everything. It feels like a place I belong with everything I believe in like supplements, physical therapy aspects and with the adjustments. I do put my body through a lot from still being an active athlete, hiker now with our doggies, gym rat and other things. I am just super thankful to get back in line with my body. “Cannot recommend Pittsburgh East Health Center enough! We started noticing neck movement limitations in my 3-month-old son, paired with a flat spot on the back of his head. He couldn’t independently turn his neck to one side and instead would move his entire body to look that way. He began favoring the opposite side, which contributed to the flat spot.

We decided to bring him to Dr. Levi Trapanotto to see what he could do for our little man. After about 10 sessions, my son is now able to turn his neck to both sides, and the flat spot is nearly gone. I can truly see the excitement in my son’s eyes now that he’s able to freely twist his neck both ways.

Dr. Trapanotto handled our son with such care and truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. “I have been seeing Kathy since November 2022, when I first started experiencing pain during my pregnancy. She adjusted my treatment as my pregnancy progressed, always listened to my concerns, and did an amazing job keeping me aligned and comfortable. I genuinely believe her care played a huge role in my ability to deliver my son without interventions.
Many women describe the last trimester of pregnancy as miserable and uncomfortable, but honestly, that was not my experience at all — and I truly credit Kathy for a big part of that.
I continued treatment after delivery, but in October 2025 I began experiencing severe neck pain, frequent headaches, and sciatica. We increased the frequency of my appointments, and by January 2026 Kathy recommended an atlas adjustment. The before-and-after X-rays were incredible.
