I have come a long way from 3 time a week to every 3 weeks getting adjusted. The team at Forest Hill chiropractor are great they listen to ur concerns make adjustments. And will give u tips on how to help relieve ur pain till ur next appointment.

Dr Palamone and Dr Testen are so kind and knowledgeable. The care I have received from them has helped me tremendously with back pain and shoulder pain. I would highly recommend them. Their staff is just as wonderful.

I’ve only had a few sessions so far, but the first impression was awesome — very friendly and knowledgeable staff — very accommodating. The atmosphere here is really great; you feel like you’re at home. And I feel worlds better after a session. Like I said, only gone a few times so far, but I’m very optimistic!
