“I have been seeing Kathy since November 2022, when I first started experiencing pain during my pregnancy. She adjusted my treatment as my pregnancy progressed, always listened to my concerns, and did an amazing job keeping me aligned and comfortable. Many women describe the last trimester of pregnancy as miserable and uncomfortable, but honestly, that was not my experience at all — and I truly credit Kathy for a big part of that.
I continued treatment after delivery, but in October 2025 I began experiencing severe neck pain, frequent headaches, and sciatica. We increased the frequency of my appointments, and by January 2026 Kathy recommended an atlas adjustment. The before-and-after X-rays were incredible. Since then, my headaches have become far less frequent and much more manageable, my neck pain is gone, and my sciatica has completely resolved. I genuinely feel like a new person.
If you are someone who avoids chiropractors because you dislike the “cracking” or traditional adjustment style, this is absolutely the place to go. Kathy’s approach is completely different from anything I had experienced before and, in my opinion, far more effective.
Beyond the treatment itself, the office staff are wonderful. They greet you like family, the office is always clean and welcoming, and they offer so many additional services as well. I recommend this office every chance I get!“
