Will Kenny (Inc), his employees, and his hand-picked sub-contractors took on the very difficult task of converting 2/3rds of a 30 foot cement (basement) workshop into a beautiful and cozy bedroom with 2 closets. The work required: installing studs, drywall, door and window framing, trim, electrical wiring (for ceiling lights and outlets), insulation, and a drop ceiling. , replacing a window with an access/egress window, and (in adjacent living area) a beautiful 'bay' window.
