Note: Hours are more irregular than Google suggests. I went at noon on a Monday to pick up my glasses and they were closed with their hours covered up. The WalMart front desk said that their hours vary now. Good service, but be sure to call ahead.

Had a small issue with my glasses that I needed to have adjusted the associate did not have any problems with taking them back and having it fixed within three business days very happy with the service on Grayson road

Hard to schedule an appointment and even harder to get a follow up. Service, when it's available is very friendly and courteous, but they are severely understaffed. Make sure you get your prescription covered you leave the office and shop around for frames/lenses.
