Ulta has a good selection of products and the employees have always been nice, but the reason for my review is the excellent customer service from Melody. She was working the check out counter by herself, using two registers to keep everyone moving along quickly, and she was smiling and pleasant the whole time.

I had originally written a very poor review for this location because everytime I went there, I had some kind of issue. However, I'm revising my review now because we went on black Friday of this year with some friends (I hadnt been shopping here for over a year due to the previous issues) and ended up with the manager's assistance (purely by coincidence) and he was amazing! He fixed all the issues I'd been having with my account right there in the store and recommended some really great products that I've come to love. Update: After my appointment I washed and straightend my hair and found that my hair was SEVERELY uneven. I complained to management and they took it very seriously and scheduled me to come back to fix for free. I was able to meet with another stylist who was very nice and did her absolute best to fix, and I am much happier with my hair. However, I did find out that the stylist Rachael W charged me for 2 blowout services when she shouldn't have, on top of giving me an uneven cut. I don't like to accuse, but I cannot help to think this was done on purpose.
