Love this facility. From the front desk staff always welcoming me with friendly and professional service, to the great work of Dr Duke or Dr Alex hitting the spots to help alleviate the tight joints within my spine and neck regions, to the Amazing Massage Team of Brian and Ava just an all around great place to take care of the body. Always look forward to seeing how the office will be decorated during the holidays Dawn does great work.
What a great chiropractor center. I slipped on some ice and fell down a flight of seven stairs. When I finally got up, I had severe bruising down my leg and my back was completely out of whack (medical term). I could barely walk. I got on the phone to find a chiropractor and came across Hetrick Center.
The person I spoke with was professional, patient and empathetic. Unfortunately, with my restricted work schedule they couldn't get me in that day. However, the next day they called me back after checking the schedule at all of their locations they got me an appointment that fit my schedule in the Mechanicsburg office. The staff at the Hetrick Center are great. I have been going to Dr Mary for almost 2 decades. She helped with a painful hip issue without meds when I started seeing her. I always feel better after an adjustment. Dr Mary is warm and caring and attentive to her patients' need. On occasion I have received treatment from Dr Ed with the same positive results. I would recommend either.
All the massage therapists are fantastic!! Well worth the investment to feel better.
All of the staff are friendly and helpful.
