The federal moratorium stipulated. You cannot evict anyone from your property running from you by federal law until certain such and such a date and then he could proceed with eviction through the district magistrate. I was four months behind on my rent when he filed for eviction. He came over unannounced all of the time. He would bring people to show the house with no phone calls..just txt message because he's deaf and can't hear anything people feel sorry for... read full review

I basically walked around my house with John and pointed out what I thought needed done. It was one of those situation where you know the person you hired is going to have your best interest in mind. I am very happy about the work that was done; and in the reasonable, efficient, and economic fashion in which John goes about his business.Service: Flooring repair
