The clinic also serves the West Shore four-legged furries at their other location, Camp Hill Animal Hospital. The front desk staff and assistants are described as wonderful and friendly, with a noticeable difference from the Camp Hill office. Customers have praised the veterinarians, particularly Dr. Crawford, who has been caring for their pets since 2008, and Dr. Whalen, who is described as fantastic, very nice, and one of the best vets they have been to. The clinic is also noted for its reasonable prices compared to other veterinary practices.

Amazing people here at Susquehann Valley Vet Clinic. They genuinely care so much about the animals and went above and beyond for my dog many times. Super patient, helpful, understanding, compassionate and amazing with my terrified rescue. I never felt like they were trying to rip me off, they don't push for unnecessary things, and always straightforward. We unfortunately had to switch when we moved and miss this place so much. Haven't been able to find a vet half as good that hasn't tried to rip me off with unnecessary testing or visits or blood work. They genuinely set the bar so high!
I have been taking my dogs here for years, from the early stages of their lives, all the way until the end, the staff and vets have always treated us fairly and our beloved dogs like their own. To me the prices are fair, however if you’re thinking “oh another vet does it cheaper”, hear it from me… I’ve been to those cheap vet clinics and you get what you pay for. Here, they are experts and give sound advice with any issues you may have, they show passion for their work, and my dogs have never been afraid to walk right in the door.
