Dr. Whitlock is very friendly and accommodating for those with children. The woman that checked me in and also did the preliminary eye tests was very friendly as well. Very quick process and little to no wait. I will certainly be back.

Very professional and thorough examination with complete attention to details. Dr. Whitlock is simply amazing. The guy that manages the opticals section in there continues to drive customers away. He demonstrates poor customer service. His mannerisms are intimidating and he does not appear to care for the success of the franchise.
