If I could do no stars I would ..Kendra is very unprofessional she doesn’t communicate with you, she doesn’t answer her phone or reply to text messages.. I’ve been calling for weeks to see what’s going on with my 2021 taxes and she’s been absolutely no help at all ! And gets mad when you tell her she’s wrong then she’ll “ have her assistant take care of you” . When I finally had enough I went to get my things from her and took them somewhere else and that upset her so now she’s saying I didn’t pay for her tax service, but what service did she provide? Nothing … WORST TAX PLACE IN HARRISBURG/LINGLESTOWN AREA ! Stay far away from her ?
