I feel like it is extremely difficult to find quality health care nowadays but this office is wonderful. The receptionists could be a little warmer but everyone after that is great.
Saw Jennifer Clabaugh this week for my yearly - I had considered leaving PIWH a few months ago, but I am so glad I stayed! Jennifer was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable by explaining everything she was doing, providing advice, and opening up the conversation for questions/concerns. The nurses were also great - super friendly and easy to talk to. Very pleased with this experience and has changed my mind about PIWH! Highly recommend the HBG location over Lemoyne.
Overall an okay experience, but they sometimes take a while to see you even with an appointment. Sometimes it seems nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone too. Also, one of the nurses or receptionists are rude. When I called (the nursing department) with a question, she interrupted me to ask for my information like she didn’t care about what I was saying and just wanted to hang up the phone.
