The people at Noah’s have always take. Great care of our dogs. And our chinchilla! They treat the dogs with great respect, are flexible, and personable. I never go anywhere else for boarding and grooming.

Griffin had his first daycare experience at Noah's and left a happy boy. He got to play and run off some of that energy. He has been back and seems to enjoy his days there.

Deeply Disappointed and Heartbroken by the Care Our Bunny Received
I’m writing this review with deep frustration and disappointment regarding the care our bunny, Hermione, received during her stay here.
When we dropped her off, we provided everything she needed — food, bedding, litter box, toys — and thoroughly explained her daily routine and preferences to a staff member named Citlyni. We even uploaded detailed written instructions to the online portal. Despite all of this, it was painfully obvious that none of our instructions were followed.
Bunnies are extremely sensitive animals who depend on consistency and familiarity, but the staff seemed to have no understanding of rabbit care. We were told that they were “confused” about her feeding setup, and instead of following the simple plan we provided (water in the green bowl, veggies on the plate, hay in the hay bag), they fed her randomly. This led to Hermione throwing her food around — something she has never done before.
We had given three lettuce bunches, and two came back untouched, which means she wasn’t fed properly. What’s worse, we were told that the staff were throwing lettuce through the cage gaps — as if feeding a zoo animal. That was heartbreaking and unacceptable. Hermione is a sweet, gentle bunny who has never been aggressive in her four years with us. She runs toward people for attention, play, or food — yet the staff labeled this as “aggressive behavior.”
Even more concerning, we learned that cat-handling gloves as if she is a predator. These are completely inappropriate and distressing tools for a rabbit. It showed an alarming lack of training and basic understanding of how to handle small animals.
Throughout our trip, we called and texted multiple times, and each time we were reassured that Hermione was “doing well and eating well.” I am adding the screenshot here. That turned out to be completely untrue. When we picked her up, we found her cage dirty, messy, and unkempt, with her bed flipped upside down — a shocking contrast to the clean, decorated space she enjoys at home.
We were honestly in tears seeing how she had been treated. It’s devastating to know that despite all our detailed instructions and trust, our bunny was handled with such carelessness and ignorance.
If this facility intends to board rabbits or other small pets, they must train their staff properly or reconsider offering these services altogether. Small animals deserve gentle, knowledgeable care, not fear and neglect. Do not board your exotic pet to them. The staffs have zero knowledge about exotics.

Overall the experience was very good. Got to see our pup from 7p-7a while he slept in his private suite which was very reassuring. The website has an option for photos/videos and also for a “report card” which were never utilized. Would have hoped to see more photos or updates during his 9 day stay (7/12-7-20). They did post photos on Facebook Monday-Friday for the daycare dogs, although no posts including our pup for 2 out of the 5 days. Only possible gripe would be seeing him more often during the day! The “go home bath” had him super soft and smelling phenomenal upon pickup though! Overall very happy with his stay!
