For the first time going to a new nail place wasn't bad. The service was good and the vibe was calming. I wanted this one set of nails but I didn't get them because it's only for one done, also they turned out good

Honestly, I don’t waste my time leaving reviews but this one specific woman at this business needs a serious reality check of how unprofessional and rude she is. I will say, the job she did on my nails were OKAY, not the best, I got regular acrylic nails and was overcharged about $20 extra. They do not explain to you what they’re doing before they do it so you can pay that extra money at the end. Not only that… the First Lady in the table to your left when you first walk in is SO impersonal, she has ZERO customer service skills.. her attitude with me was ridiculous. She kept insisting I get Gel polish , and when I would decline she would speak in her language to... read full review

The shop has plexiglass dividers between Technician and customer and between customers. They take your temp and fill out form and also provide info on electronic tablet. They spray chairs and station berween customers and you have to wash your hands. I think they have done an excellent job in meeting Covid guidelines
