Honestly, I don’t waste my time leaving reviews but this one specific woman at this business needs a serious reality check of how unprofessional and rude she is. I will say, the job she did on my nails were OKAY, not the best, I got regular acrylic nails and was overcharged about $20 extra. They do not explain to you what they’re doing before they do it so you can pay that extra money at the end. Not only that… the First Lady in the table to your left when you first walk in is SO impersonal, she has ZERO customer service skills.. her attitude with me was ridiculous. The shop has plexiglass dividers between Technician and customer and between customers. They take your temp and fill out form and also provide info on electronic tablet. They spray chairs and station berween customers and you have to wash your hands. I think they have done an excellent job in meeting Covid guidelines

I go here mostly for pedicures but once and awhile I will get my finger nails done and every time they look horrible. Girl didn’t know how to shape a flat with rounded tips style and just kept filing till I had nothing left. Painting looked like a 5th grader didn’t it. No one seems to understand English and they only speak a few words so you struggle conveying instructions. They do an decent pedicure but not for manicures. But as always watch the painting. They can get sloppy nearing the end zone especially if others are waiting.
