I work with Kasey for my HVAC needs, and in this case, an emergency hot water heater install. He was recommended to my by a good Friend who owns a small business, who said he was Honest and Fair. Kasey actually turned out to be even better than that. He also seems to make himself available quickly for emergency service whenever he can. In my case, we were without hot water, and I have two teenage daughters. Not a great situation. He came over immediately and tried to fix the problem, and when it couldn't be repaired, did a replacement for me the next day. For a VERY reasonable price, even if this wasn't a rush service, which is certainly was.
I was helped by Kasey recently on an issue with my furnace. He was incredibly knowledgeable and guessed what the problem was as soon as he first looked at the furnace. It turned out he was right! He fixed the problem quickly and and I will definitely be using his services in the future.

He takes the time to explain the process, and is always happy to answer each and every question I have. Kasey is not only professional but also genuinely personable, making every interaction pleasant. He’s the only call I make for my heating and air conditioning.
