My appointment was scheduled quickly, and the repairman, Aaron, both texted and called to say he was on the way with his ETA, which was exactly the time they scheduled. The service was prompt and professional. The young man that came to my home really knows his stuff. He got my aging AC unit up and running quite fast. It needed parts which usually takes forever to get in but nope, the guys at Jay Jay got them in just 2 days and were out right away to finish the repair. Can't recommend highly enough.

Incredibly quick, proficient, and professional. Our Air Handler/Heat Pump went out due to some faulty components, and as soon as we got into contact with this company, they were out the same day even after finishing another installation for someone else. They needed to order parts after troubleshooting, and again, the following day they reached out, let us know of the expected timeline (repair would be complete that day, or the following morning). Thankfully Cantrell was able to come out the same day, and had everything up and running within 30 minutes, followed by an in depth maintenance/diagnostic test of the system.
