This Fall we worked with Jeff Hummel to add a patio to the front of our house. We have wanted a front porch for a long time but didn't want to change the architecture of our house. During the summer of 2024 Hummel's Landscaping transformed our tired useless backyard into a perfect courtyard garden setting similar to a Williamsburg garden to enhance our circa 1780's stone house. We had a concept that Jeff and Jim both worked on and came up with a beautiful layout. From brick wallkways to circular gardens and green space. It is just perfect . They were great to work with and their hardscaping team were the best. Jeff and his crew designed a beautiful terraced back yard for us, taking into consideration our desire to have native plants and less grass. They were professional from start to finish and completed the project in a timely manner. Jeff and his team were able to accommodate some minor design changes and answered any questions we had during and after completion. The project required significant earth moving which they accomplished without any damage to existing sidewalks. We highly recommend Jeff and his crew.
