Robert and Crystal were very professional, very quick and did a great job. My dog had been sick all over the living room carpet. After Robert was done the carpet looks brand new. My only complaint was the price. I was quoted 75 but the charge was 189. Robert was able to get me a discount to 139 but I was quoted 75. So not happy with that. But happy with the service.
This is my 3rd time utilizing their services. I had an area in my bedroom that their competitor could not remove. Mr. Hammond was able to remove the stain. This time I had my white upholstery cleaned. It looks like new. I rate this business a 10. Thanks for your professionalism and expertise.
Hammond’s customer service is outstanding. Robert went out of his way to add our job to his schedule, and returned the rugs earlier than expected. Always a pleasure doing business with them!
