Hard to follow time they will visit..give u a 12 hr window,,then never call day before,,THEN day of appointment, they called saying between 7 and 1130 amTHEN at 1230,they call and said our guy had an emergency call and would be out tmmw!!! Wth..its a geek squad, there should be more than one person, and we went past best buy and saw 3 geek squad vans!!! Grrrrrrrr

To get a hold of any of these people on the phone is nearly impossible. First time I waited 20 mins, second time over 45 mins. If you go in person, then they make you make an appointment which hardly is next day. Then they told me it would be done by Tuesday or earlier. It was done Wednesday. Oh, but the next appointment to pick up would not be until Friday. REALLY?!
I went to pick them and one of the computers were not fixed correctly. They sent me a survey through the email, and when I told them all of this, someone called me concerned. He told me to go as soon as possible to repair the one that wasn't fixed correctly. Good customer service?... read full review
