Had a great experience with this company from the beginning. Great communication . They sent out Josh to do our shower and he did fantastic work. Very clean, precise work. Very courteous to our home . He explained everything in detail and asked for my opinion on where things should be placed so they are to our liking .

Had Focal Point replace my Shower/tub combination with a walk in shower. The installer Randy did a tremendous job, was very polite and explained everything to me, he should be commended for his great work ethics, he worked all the time from the time he got here until he left, never taking a break for lunch or any other breaks. If I had to have anything else done I would want Randy and would recommend him to anyone. Great job Randy
The remodeling of our bathroom went quite well. The initial consultation went well. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installation was great. Our installers Nate Jones and Brian Denolf were very friendly, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable. They truly transformed our main bathroom. It looks amazing. They did a wonderful job! The entire experience went very well. Thank you to everyone involved.
