It turned out that much more of the plywood underlayment needed to be replaced than originally estimated. Ryan managed the need, got the plywood and they replaced all pieces that had been accumulating water damage. No extra charge. Next, they determined that the size of my chimney warranted a cricket to divert thewater, not simply new flashing. I expected a small diversion made of flashing. They built and shingled an entire small roof between the chimney and the main roof. It is attractive and does the job superbly. No extra charge. I am very happy with my new roof. I thought the price was a bit high but I have a new quality roof. The crew that installed it was very professional and answered all My questions. I worked for a contractor for 10 years and did this type of work so I knew what I was looking at. Thank you again.

The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable about roofing products. I purchased a mid-price range roofing and was very satisfied with the quality of the roofing and the staff who worked on installing my roof. This roof will out last me. It is guaranteed by Erie Homes for 30 years. After I signed the contract they started working on my roof within 2 weeks. In 2 days it was completed (including cleaning up outside and hauling away the debris. If I ever move and have to put on another roof, I will call Erie Homes immediately. I highly recommend them.
