If there was a negative rating, I would give this establishment that. I have ben using the same dry cleaners for as long as I can remember, but they've been experiencing staffing shortages and have been closed lately so I decided to give this dry cleaners a shot. I thought it was a fluke when I picked up my clothes 2 weeks ago and they smelled so bad that I let their air outside for a week, and they still smelled! While I was picking up this order I made the mistake of dropping off another, not knowing how bad the clothes smelled. The second order also stinks so now I have 2 orders hanging outside that I keep hoping doesn't get rained on that I spray down daily... read full review
