Went to them with a dress that’s very sentimentally important to me. Was told there was no guarantee of the dress being saved but I am incredibly happy for how it turned out. One small stain left but other than that it looks flawless and the cigarette smell is completely gone. Five stars
I just wish these reviews allowed 10 stars! The folks at their new Hershey. Hummelstown store gave amazing customer service! I had a tablecloth that I thought should be dry cleaned. The staff told me that dry cleaning could damage it. So, they washed it and it came out beautiful! thank you, thank you!
We use the delivery service because if I had to drop the clothes off, they'd never be cleaned! They are always prompt. I've also used alteration services several times. Last time, I was in a pinch needing them by a deadline. They came through for me, doing a nice job.
