Honestly the company doesn’t make sense. I went to HR for information in which employees are able to do so, same day I got a call from the project manager saying how about I not go to HR and go to my supervisor or manager directly. I swear this company is so backwards HR is meant for us to go to, instead you want me to go to leadership who I have went to and also likes to not disclose certain information we are obligated too. I get tossed to the side when I go to leadership or THE MAIN MANAGER. They say I’ll look into it or I am about to have a meeting I’ll make sure to bring that up and then never gets back to us.
