I am a new user of hearing aids. I was apprehensive when I began the process but Dottie Kardos made it an easy transition. She took several hours with me assuring me that I was doing the right thing and helping me to make the decision that the Starkey Genesis was the best product for me. I have been wearing my new hearing aids for four months and am amazed at the difference in my hearing. Dottie continues to be my best cheerleader making herself available to answer questions, scheduling regular follow up appointment, continuing to encourage me and taking time to support this process.

Amazing place!! Everything was explained in depth to me and they made sure I understood every part of the appointment. They were extremely professional and friendly. Could not recommend this place more!

It was my first time in an eye appointment in years, and Dr. Kardos was great, talked me through things and I got some nice specs that my wife approved of—which is really all I wanted.
