Individuals have expressed appreciation for the attentive and kind service received from both the doctors and technicians. Dr. O'Donnell is noted for his thorough explanations and compassionate care. Patients have found comfort in the prompt attention to their eye issues and have restored their faith in medical professionals.
The practice has received mixed reviews recently. While some patients praise the fantastic service, especially for children, others have expressed frustration with long wait times and ineffective treatments. One patient, who underwent successful PRK surgery with Dr. Brent, is now confident in facing any future challenges. However, another patient is dissatisfied with the practice and is seeking a new eye doctor.
Overall, Premier Eye Care Group is recognized for its dedication to patient care and effective treatment, although some areas for improvement have been identified by recent reviews.
Exceptional doctors and staff. My family has been receiving care here for over 30 years. Normally quite busy and often running behind in the afternoon. Additionally, located in an area of south Harrisburg, which is difficult to access, particularly at the beginning and end of the workday. Parking is tight/limited.
I have been a patient at PremierEye Care for several decades and had cataract surgery on both eyes by them. They excellent care givers their staff are patient and their offices clean and attractive.
Such a wonderful experience at Premier Eye Care Group for my checkup. Professionalism and kindness from the moment I walked in the door! Every person I came in contact with had a smile and was very nice!
