First time visit was better than I expected. Dr. Brackenstoe exceeded what I was looking for in a Dr. I have Hashimoto’s/hypo-thyroid disease. He was very informative and kind. Staff were great, especially his nurse and Tatiana. Highly recommend! Can’t say enough good things about him. I am so thankful I discovered this Dr. and prayed for one who could help me with my thyroid problems.

I have many good things to say about Dr B, but (after being chronically ill for over 11 years, living in four different states, and seeing MANY health care providers) at the very top of the list is the fact that he listens to and respects his patients enough to allow them to be active participants in guiding their own health care. Extremely invaluable...and rare. I am grateful. Highly recommend!

I just had my first visit with Dr Backenstoes. I was impressed with the time he took to ask questions and really attempt to understand why I came to visit. He mentioned that if the saliva test and blood work come back showing everything is normal, he will look deeper which means a lot considering most doctors tell you everything is normal and you just have to learn to live with your symptoms.
