We transferred our 4 cats to this vet office when we moved here about a year ago. We’ve since added a puppy. Dr Putt and company have been OUTSTANDING!!!! The entire team is compassionate, consistent, cordial, and very welcoming. The team actively listens and is very transparent. I know when my pets need to be seen, they will be treated like family and receive the care they not only need, but deserve!!!
Everyone at the Linglestown location was extremely professional, organized and caring. When more than 1 person was waiting the receptionist called someone out to help. The appointment started on time and there was very little wait time for the vet. Everybody got down to business but I didn't feel rushed. I also appreciate my chubby cat was not fat shamed LOL. I also love the text feature when I had questions after the visit. Its hard to find vets that are into cats as much as dogs. Definitely recommend!
The staff doted on Freddy like he was the most special cat ever! It made my heart so happy. I can bring him to the vet and know he will be taken care of as if he were their own pet.
