“I've never had to replace a roof before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. From beginning to end though, Eric was there to help guide me through the process and know what I should expect to happen next. There were ZERO hold-up's on their end. The longest part of the process was waiting for my HOA to approve the replacement that they were requiring me to get! The entire team was a pleasure to work with, whether via email, or in person. On the day of installation, the owner came out to introduce himself, thank me for choosing them to complete the job, and assure me that if I had any questions and/or issues after the install was complete, I should feel free to reach out. Because of the work being done there were some things that needed to be done with plumbing. The plumber who came was terrific. Did a great job! (Santos Mechanical). Part of the project was a new front window. The carpenters who came to complete the inside were terrific also. It looks great and they left the place immaculate.
